    • Send leads via ActiveDemand's workflow tool. The customer must have an ActiveDemand license and form setup.



    What information do you need to provide Conversion Logix to use Eldermark & ActiveDemand?

    • Eldermark API Key 

    • Form ID


    What does the API integration do? 

    • Send leads via Eldermark's API. Customers will need to provide the following information:

      • Subdomain
      • Company ID
      • Community IDs
      • Referral Source Name
      • Referral Source ID
      • API Key




    What are the known limitations?

    • Does not create/update appointments
