Knock CRM - API



The Conversion Cloud integrates with Knock CRM via API.  The integration will create prospects and appointments in Knock CRM.

To begin your integration between Conversion Logix and your Knock account you will need to
subscribe your properties to The Conversion Cloud-Knock as an AppPartner within your
RealPage portal.
Please follow these steps to subscribe to your properties:
  1. Navigate to Resources > Integration Marketplace > Marketplace

  1. Find The Conversion Cloud-Knock in the list of AppPartners by searching by name or by category of Answer Automation     
  2. Click on the The Conversion Cloud-Knock tile > Subscribe Now
  3. Click on the The Conversion Cloud-Knock tile > Subscribe Now
  4. Enable the properties you wish to subscribe 
 
  1. Click Save 

That is it! Your Subscription request has now been submitted to the Conversion Logix team for
approval.

When these steps are complete, please reach out to your account manager, and our team will
set up the rest of the process.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

A user can only manage subscriptions from the Integration Marketplace. 
 

The user submitting the subscription requests must have the Integration Marketplace product access and ‘Integration Manager’ role.  Both permissions are located under the Core center. If you do not have this permission, please contact your RealPage Administrator at your company.

 

For additional assistance on permissions, please submit a support ticket in the Client Portal, https://realpage.secure.force.com/cportal , choose RealPage Exchange in the product dropdown.

 

Your subscription request will remain in Pending status until Conversion Logix approves the subscription.  You can view the status of your subscriptions at any time by clicking on the number hyperlink under the Selected Properties.

If you need to update the touring hours for a property in Knock, here's a quick step-by-step guide to help you make those changes:

  1. Access the Admin Dashboard Log into your Knock account and navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
  2. Go to Scheduling In the side navigation panel, click on the pencil icon to edit the property details.
  3. Open the Touring House Tab Locate the Touring House tab. Click it to reveal a dropdown menu.
  4. Adjust Touring Hours Modify the touring hours to reflect your preferred schedule.
  5. Save Changes. Dont forget to hit Save to apply your updates
