To begin your integration between Conversion Logix iQ and your RentCafe V2 account you will need to use your Site Manager instance to generate a token and provide property details to Conversion Logix.
To do this, you will need to open a case with your RentCafe team. The case should request that your RentCafe Technical Account Manager set up Site Manager and provide Conversion Logix with the following information:
Vendor-Client Token (“API Token”)
All property codes and property IDs
Property codes starting with a lowercase `p`
The customer code
A customer code starts with an uppercase `C`
A source value to use
Site Manager usage instructions are below.
Clients or their Yardi RentCafe Account Manager should go into Site Manager > Settings > API Settings > Add Vendor Token.
Type in Vendor Type → RentCafe API V2
Type in Vendor Name → “Conversion Logix”
NOTE: Do not use “Conversion Logix, LLC”
Enable Appointment Availability API needed to be selected.
Click Save
This will generate the token. Clients can copy and paste the token and provide it to Conversion Logix.
Clients can click “Export Property Information” to provide Conversion Logix with the property mapping (property IDs for your requests).
Clients should:
Send the API token (also known as vendor API token)
Send the RentCafe company code
Send either the RentCafe property code or RentCafe property ID
Send the source type for Conversion Logix to use
Set "How many appointments one user can schedule from marketing site" to a non-zero number in Site Manager
Configure tour types in their RentCafe account
If you would like to identify certain units as Low-Income or BMR, there are three approaches you can take.
The first approach would be to associate all affected units to a singular floor plan. From there, identify the floor plan with the feature/trait looking to be displayed (like through its floor plan name).
The second would be by updating the naming convention of the units themselves to display the trait in question.
The third would be to perform a Voyager unit amenity mapping so that the affected units show as being linked to the amenity containing the feature.
Please work with your Conversion Logix and Yardi Account Managers to select a recommended step above.
Once your RentCafe account has been integrated with CLiQ, you will have access to the following new features:
Real-time unit availability reporting in the CLiQ dashboard
Automated ad updates to ensure rates and floorplan availability remain up-to-date
Enhanced strategy calls with your Conversion Logix account manager
