Summary: Conversion Logix is a Yardi approved vendor. Conversion Logix, including The Conversion Cloud, is a fully qualified standard interface vendor for use by clients on Voyager 7S and Voyager 8.
Follow these steps to begin your integration between Conversion Logix iQ and Yardi Voyager 7S. Please enter a support ticket with your Yardi Account Manager or team for initial setup assistance. Please review/download the ILS Guest Card Interface Setup Guide posted on Client Central for detailed information on configuring the interface.
1. Your Voyager instance should have the following plug-ins: Your Voyager 7S instance will need the following minimum plug-in versions:
Interfaces PIv21.1
Common Data PIv17.1
ILS Guest Card PIv19
Senior Housing PIv7.15. (For Senior Living customers only)
If the environment is on ILS Guest Card PIv25.1 or lower, submit a case to your Yardi support team to load the vendor package for The Conversion Cloud. If on ILS Guest Card PIv26 or higher, our interface entity will already be available in Voyager.
2. Ensure that Units have Rental Type set on the individual unit screen (Residential/Model/Down/Admin/Affordable/Stabilized (DHCR)/ADU) as this data is important for our workflow. Please enter a support ticket with your Yardi Account Manager for assistance.
3. Set ILS Guest Card Configuration options Select Interfaces > Configuration > Review Interface Vendors > Entity Type “ILS Guest Card”. From pick list, find The Conversion Cloud
Select the following options for The Conversion Cloud:
Select “Enable Tour Type Events”
Include only Residents/Guests with activity in the last 30 days.
Schema Version v4.0
Select “Export all guest cards, ignore interface association”.
Save the configuration options.
4. Configure properties for The Conversion Cloud
Interfaces > Configuration > Bulk Property Interface Configuration.
In the ‘Property’ field enter the property or property list ID.
From the ‘Interface Type’ drop down select ILS Guest Card.
Under Configure/Remove select ‘Configure’.
Highlight The Conversion Cloud on the list of ‘Available Agencies to be Configured’.
Click Save.
5. Create Interface User
Our interface user will need to be linked to a security group with the following permissions set to Read/Write
Interfaces: Web Service – ILS/Guest Card
Interfaces: Web Service - Senior Data (for SRL customers only)
Interfaces: Web Service – Resident Data
Interfaces: Web Service – Resident Data Lease Renewal
Create a new user for The Conversion Cloud
i. Check the ‘Interface User’ box under the Privileges tab
Provide Conversion Logix with the following credentials:
i. Voyager URL (ex. https://www.yardiasp13.com/123456abc)
ii. Username
iii. Password
iv. Database Name (found in Administration > About > Database)
v. Server Name (will always be the same as Database Name)
vi. Lead Parameters including
Yardi Voyager Property ID (Required for The Conversion Cloud & PMS Integration)
Yardi Voyager Lead Source (Required for The Conversion Cloud only)
Yardi Voyager Agent Name (Required for The Conversion Cloud only)
Note: (Optional if customer has CRM Flex) Enable ‘Use Advanced Timeslot Scheduling’. This will gray out Site Manager appointment settings for CRM Flex. This is a Yardi admin only setting. This may need to be enabled.
Once these steps are complete, please reach out to your account manager, and our team will set up the rest of the process.
