​The Conversion Cloud can be configured to share prospect information with Mom's House and a Senior Living facility.

What does the integration do? 

  • Utilizes Spotlight to capture prospect details. Prospect information is sent to both a Senior Living facility and Mom's House.
  • Prospects receive a web link in their email confirmation that directs them to a Mom's House hosted webpage.
    • The email confirmation routes prospects to a Mom's House weblink to enter their contact information.
    • A Mom's House representative will contact the prospect to discuss purchasing options

How can clients setup The Conversion Cloud to work with Mom's House?

  1. Clients should work with their Conversion Logix Account Manager to initiate the integration request.

What are the known limitations?

  1. Customers must be a current Conversion Logix customer and have Spotlight enabled on their website.
  2. Customers must use a Conversion Logix supported CRM.  Please check with your Account Manager for the latest integration statuses.
